Shipping Policy
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $99.
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement (excluding holidays). This also applies to express orders. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on a Friday may not ship until the following Monday.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an automatic shipping notification titled "Order # is on its way." This notification will include your tracking information!*
*If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam and/or promotions folders.
Shipping services provided may vary depending on carrier reliability, extreme delays due to weather, or overall package volume.

Our shipping facilities and the carriers we use will not be operating during the following holidays. If your order is placed on or around a holiday, please allow 1-3 additional business days for your order to be processed.

International Shipping:
International orders are subject to additional local taxes, duties, and customs fees.
Refusing a Shipment:
If you refuse a shipment from MioodiyGoods, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees on the package (both original and return shipments), as well as the cost of returning the package to MioodiyGoods.
Return to Sender:
In some cases, due to circumstances beyond our control, the carrier may be unable to complete delivery to your address. If you notice your package is marked "Return to Sender," please contact our Customer Service team.

Once your order has been shipped, MioodiyGoods is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the provided tracking information and contact the courier to monitor the delivery of the shipment. Our Customer Service team will gladly do their best to help you recover your item; however, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds until the item has been successfully returned or confirmed to be returned.
