Return & Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your Mioodiy purchase, don't worry! We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 60 days of purchase, and our free domestic return and exchange service covers shipping costs.

To initiate a return, visit Your Account and select the product you wish to return.

After selecting the product, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to ship your package.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you already have and, once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

Refunds:

Once we receive and review your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within ten business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue your refund.
